The Rise of the "Selfie"

Selfie - declared to be word of the year (2013) by Oxford.

So what exactly is a selfie, you ask? Hmn..

I would say.. it's those days when us-girls feel pretty and brave enough to take close-up photos which we share on our Instagram accounts. These posts are captioned and (most of the time) followed with hash tags #selfie and #nofilter.

But it's basically just my #FOTD aimed to annoy my sisters - which btw, with random pa-cute facial expressions proved a 100% success rate. Now, that's a selfie - at least for me anyway. haha!
